Description: The “DTAT Areas” data are created and maintained as part of the Development Trends Along Transit annual report published by Metro Transit's TOD Office. The single buffer feature consists of a compilation of half-mile radius fixed-route transitway station buffers, as well as quarter-mile high frequency local bus alignment buffers active in the year of the most recent DTAT report.
