Service Description:

This mapping application is an interactive demonstration of the expanded Publicly-Owned Parcels database as of May 2019. The latest geographic extent includes 128 municipalities across portions of all 7 counties within the Twin Cities Metro Area. The specific purpose is to highlight publicly owned parcels relative to select high-frequency, fixed-route transit facilities, and increase awareness of potential Transit Oriented Development (TOD) opportunities. This map utilizes existing data layers that can be found on the Minnesota Geospatial Commons website located here; https://gisdata.mn.gov/dataset?q=public+parcels
